UAC 2012 - The United Astrology Conference

THE WORD IS OUT…
The 2012 United Astrological Conference (UAC) will be held in New Orleans from May 24th to May 29th 2012.  New Orleans is known for food, music and its “soul”.  Listen to lectures presented by over 150 of the top speakers from around the world.  Attend “community issues” workshops and network with other like-minded souls.  Delegates will gather from every corner of the globe – an astrological family reunion!

Special events include amazing evening entertainment and the wonderful Regulus Banquet.  A trade show will be running throughout the entire conference.  Visit our webpage regularly for updates and announcements.

Working with the Media & Public Relations

Date: Thursday May 24, 2012
Time: 2:30 – 5:30 pm
Cost: $35

A new feature at UAC 2012 will be a pre-conference panel called “Working with the Media and Public Relations.” Panelists include astrologers Eric Francis, Chris Turner, Jack Fertig, Donna Woodwell, Roy Gillett, Gloria Star and David Railey, along with journalist Ed Snow – founder of ANS Astrology News Service. Other contributors include astrologers Toni Dore, and Rebecca Crane, with a “yet to be announced” well known journalist also on the Media Panel. These panelists offer a depth of media experience for those attending UAC, and will share time-tested ways to build relationships with the media and strategies for interacting with a sometimes misinformed public and cynical press.
